It's now March and the Fifth Annual February Album Writing Month is finished for another year... AND WHAT A YEAR IT WAS! Songs were created at a frenetic pitch and this year saw a an amazing amount of collaboration between songwriters.

Spring is here! Time to write some more songs!
The MAY & JUNE SONG CHALLENGE is DRINKS. Write a song about a favorite beverage, tell a story about bottle of water, write an ode to coffee. If it can be safely drunk, it's fair game!

October 1st has come and gone, which means that 50 Songs in 90 Days challenge is over for 2007. Several FAWMERS participated in this grueling songwriting marathon. Recently we interviewed some of them and put together an article. It is posted over on the FAWM BLOG . If you want to get a sense of what it was like to try to write songs at a furious pace for three months solid, head here and check the article out.
